Introduction

Welcome to 4dyes (hereinafter referred to as "4dyes", "we", "us", or "the Platform"). These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the User", "you", or "the Player") and 4dyes, accessible at https://4dyes.cam.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and, if applicable, close your account.

These Terms apply to all services offered by 4dyes, including but not limited to online sports betting, live casino games, slot games, 4D lottery, promotional offers, the VIP loyalty programme, and customer support interactions. These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement by reference.

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on4dyes, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you use the Platform. We strictly enforce the21+ minimum age requirement in line with responsible gambling standards applicable to online casino and sports betting platforms.
2. Legal Capacity: You must be of full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and to engage in real-money gambling activities in your jurisdiction.
3. Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, shared, or fraudulently registered accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
4. Accurate Information: All information provided at registration — including full name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details — must be true, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or third-party exclusion arrangement relating to gambling platforms.
6. Not an Excluded Person: You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of any employee or contractor of 4dyes or any affiliated entity.

Account Registration

Registration on the 4dyes Platform is a single, free-of-charge process. Players are required to provide valid personal information during registration and to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before withdrawals are processed.

The following registration and account maintenance obligations apply to all Players:

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.4dyes will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to protect your login details.
• Notification of Unauthorised Access: You must immediately notify 4dyes at [email protected] (plain text contact only) if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• KYC Documents: All Players are required to submit valid identity verification documents — including a Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driver's licence and proof of address such as a recent utility bill — before full withdrawal access is activated. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission.
• Contact Details: Players must keep their registered email address and contact information current. 4dyes communications, including account notifications and security alerts, will be sent to the registered email on file.

Terms of Use

Your use of the 4dyes Platform is subject to the following conduct obligations and restrictions. Any breach of these terms may result in account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds.

Permitted Uses:

• Accessing and using the Platform's sports betting, live casino, and lottery features for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• Depositing and withdrawing funds from your account using supported Malaysian payment methods including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, DuitNow, and FPX.
• Participating in promotions, bonuses, and the VIP loyalty programme in accordance with applicable bonus terms.
• Contacting customer support for legitimate account-related queries.

Prohibited Conduct:

• Fraud and Manipulation: Attempting to defraud, manipulate odds, exploit software bugs, or engage in any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing in connection with any game or betting market.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from any illegal activity.4dyes reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using third-party software, or engaging in any coordinated pattern of betting designed to abuse promotional offers, cashback programmes, or bonus conditions.
• Automated Activity: Using bots, scripts, data-mining tools, or any automated software to interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation from 4dyes.
• Unauthorised Commercial Use: Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, odds data, or intellectual property from the Platform without express written consent.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 4dyes are conducted exclusively inMalaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports a range of Malaysian payment methods to ensure fast, convenient, and secure fund management.

Deposits:

• Deposits are accepted via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, DuitNow, and FPX.
• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are specified on the Platform at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Wallet Balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• 4dyes does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method in the Player's verified name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5minutes. DuitNow and FPX bank transfers are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank wire transfers may take up to 60 minutes. These are target timeframes and may vary during peak periods or public holidays.
• Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed.
• Any withdrawal requests involving funds subject to active bonus turnover requirements will not be processed until those requirements are fulfilled.
• 4dyes reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where account security flags are raised.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the 4dyes Platform. Specific rules for individual products — including sports markets, live casino tables, slot games, and 4D lottery — are published in the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by 4dyes. The Platform reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets that exceed platform risk thresholds or that appear to be placed in violation of these Terms.
• Bet Settlement: Sports bets will be settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., Football Malaysia for Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, the Premier League for EPL results). In the event of a dispute, 4dyes's determination shall be final.
• Void Bets: Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, technical errors affecting odds or markets, or evidence of fraudulent activity. Void bets result in a return of the original stake amount to the Player's Wallet Balance.
• RTP and House Edge: All casino games on the Platform are supplied by licensed third-party game providers and operate within published Return-to-Player (RTP) parameters. RTP percentages are stated on individual game information pages. The house edge is a standard feature of all casino products.
• Disconnections: In the event of a disconnection during an active game or live bet, the Platform's server-side records shall constitute the authoritative record of the game state and outcome.

Bonuses & Promotions

4dyes offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referal rewards, and VIP tier benefits. Participation in any promotion is subject to the specific terms published for that promotion, in addition to the following general bonus conditions:

• Turnover Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to turnover (wagering) requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Turnover requirements and eligible games are specified individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one promotional offer may be active on a Player's account at any given time. Players must opt in to promotions in the manner specified on the Platform.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account without compensation.
• Birthday Bonus: Players eligible for the tier-based birthday bonus (Bronze: MYR 188 / Silver: MYR 388 / Gold: MYR 888 / VIP: MYR 2,688) must have a verified date of birth on file before the end of their birth month to qualify.4dyes reserves the right to modify bonus amounts at any time.
• Referral Rewards: The referal bonus (currently MYR 38per qualifying referral) is credited once the referred friend completes their first qualifying deposit and associated requirements. Terms may be updated without prior notice.
• Abuse Prevention: 4dyes reserves the right to withold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds where there is evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or wagering patterns designed solely to meet turnover requirements without genuine play intent.

Responsible Gambling

• Age Verification: Players must be aged 21 or above. Age verification may be requested at registration and at any point during account use.
• Deposit Limits: Players may request daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform at any time. Self-exclusion requests should be directed to our support team. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the specified period has elapsed.
• Reality Checks: Session time reminders and spend notifications are available to all registered Players via account settings.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 4dyes Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, text, graphics, game assets, odds data, and audiovisual materials — is the property of 4dyes or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes as permitted by these Terms.
• Reproduction, distribution, modification, transmission, republication, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the express prior written consent of 4dyes is strictly prohibited.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by Players to 4dyes may be used by the Platform without obligation, compensation, or attribution to the Player.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4dyes shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winings or profits resulting from technical failures, interruptions, or inaccuracies in data or odds.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Losses attributable to delays in payment processing by third-party payment providers, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank, CIMB, DuitNow, and FPX.
• Any decisions made in reliance on information, statistics, or promotional materials published on the Platform.

In all cases, 4dyes's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Player in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Players may close their account by contacting support at [email protected]. 4dyes reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Confirmed underage gambling or failure to pass KYC verification.
• Abuse of promotions, bonus systems, or referal programmes.
• Use of automated tools, bots, or scripts on the Platform.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.

Upon termination, any real-money funds remaining in your Wallet Balance (net of outstanding bonus turnover requirements and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification procedures.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Players accessing the Platform from Malaysia acknowledge their responsibility to independently verify the legality of online gambling participation under Malaysian law in their specific circumstances.

Any dispute arising between 4dyes and a Player that cannot be resolved through our customer support process shall be subject to binding arbitration or other dispute resolution mechanism as determined by 4dyes in accordance with applicable legal frameworks. Players retain all statutory rights afforded to them under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Amendments

4dyes reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of such changes, where operationally practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.

The version of the Terms published on the Platform at any given time constitutes the current and binding version. We recommend Players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of their obligations and rights.
